Silky Cream Cleaner
THE PRODUCT

The product

Cream Cleaner is the range’s non-abrasive option for dirt and grime on suitable PVC, plastic and GRP. It is a cleaner, not a remedy for cracked, worn or permanently discoloured tray material.

Check the current container and the tray maker’s care advice before use. Some trays have coatings, anti-slip textures or repaired areas that need separate treatment.

BEST FOR

Best for

This route helps with ordinary dirt on a confirmed compatible plastic tray after loose material has been removed. Start with a small unobtrusive patch and inspect the result before expanding.

Keep the tray separate from sealant, chrome drains, glass screens, taps and flooring. Suitability of the tray does not prove suitability of neighbouring bathroom fittings.

CHECK FIRST

Check first

Identify anti-slip, acrylic, coated or repaired sections. If the finish is soft, peeling or unknown, get the caravan maker’s guidance before applying any cleaner.

Prevent product or rinse water from entering areas the caravan maker says to protect. Never mix cleaners or use an unspecified descaler as part of this process.

1

Confirm what the tray is made of

Check the caravan documentation for the tray material and any coating. Note whether the mark is loose dirt, soap residue, permanent staining or damage.

For an overview of how the Silky cleaners differ, use the product selection guide. This interior application still needs its own surface check.

2

Test the product as directed

Read the current Cream Cleaner label and test only a small compatible area with a soft applicator. Keep treatment away from seals, drains and surfaces not covered by the guidance.

Follow the pack for application and removal. Do not scrub harder to compensate for uncertain compatibility or a mark that may be in the material.

3

Inspect and leave the area ready for use

Check the cleaned test patch in good light and follow the pack and tray maker for final rinsing or wiping. Only continue if the tray finish remains sound.

If a mark stays after ordinary dirt is removed, stop and identify its cause. The selection guide can help distinguish cleaning from stain treatment or restoration, but does not override the tray manufacturer’s limits.

Interior plastics need a compatibility check before any broad application.

No blanket claim is made. Confirm the actual tray material, finish and current product-label directions first.

Consult the tray maker’s advice and test cautiously. A textured or coated finish may require different care.

Do not assume adjacent fittings are compatible because the tray is plastic. Protect and assess each material separately.

No cleaning guide should be treated as a repair claim. Assess permanent discolouration or damage separately.

No. Follow the current pack and do not mix cleaning products without explicit manufacturer directions.

Treat a compatible tray, not the whole washroom

If the tray is a suitable plastic and the current label supports use, Silky Cream Cleaner may be the cleaning stage for ordinary dirt. Confirm the finish, protect adjoining materials and use the product selection guide when the remaining mark is not straightforward grime.
